2. Google User Data and Limited Use Requirements
Booking Pro AI’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

- Google Sign-In: Your name, email address, and profile picture for account authentication and identification within our Service.

- Providing Service Functionality: Authenticating your account and syncing appointments with your Google Calendar.

We explicitly do NOT:

- Payment Information: Billing address and payment details processed securely through our payment provider (we do not store full payment card numbers).
- Imported Data: Contact lists and data you import via CSV or other file formats.

- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, click patterns, and time spent on the Service.
- Device Information: IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.

When you use our AI phone, SMS, or WhatsApp agents, the following data may be processed:
- Call Recordings: Phone calls handled by our AI agent may be recorded for quality assurance and service delivery.
- Call Transcripts: Automated transcriptions of phone conversations.
- Messages: SMS and WhatsApp messages sent and received through the platform.
- Customer Information: Names, phone numbers, and appointment details of your customers who interact with the Service.
Important: You are the data controller for your customers’ data. You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers for call recording and data processing, and for providing them with required privacy notices.
